Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Season the beef chuck steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the steak on all sides until browned.
  5. Add garlic and onion to the skillet and sauté for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Add rosemary sprigs to the skillet.
