Description
A delicious and tender beef brisket prepared in a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 4 pounds beef brisket
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place sliced onions in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Rub garlic and spices on the brisket.
- Place brisket on top of onions.
- Mix broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Pour mixture over the brisket.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until tender.
- Remove brisket and let it rest before slicing.
- Serve with cooking juices.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sear the brisket before placing it in the slow cooker.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
