- 1 (5-7 lb) beef brisket
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 onions, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the brisket.
- In a large roasting pan, place the sliced onions and minced garlic.
- Place the brisket on top of the onions.
- Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the brisket.
- Cover the pan tightly with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 3-4 hours or until tender.
- Remove the brisket from the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing.

- For extra flavor, marinate the brisket overnight.
