- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rub the brisket with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the brisket in a roasting pan.
- Mix the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the brisket.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 3-4 hours or until tender.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
