- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the brisket.
- Place the brisket on the grill, fat side up.
- Cook for 4-5 hours, basting with beef broth every hour.
- Remove brisket from the grill when tender and a meat thermometer reads 190°F.
- Let it rest for 30 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with barbecue sauce.
