Baked sweet potatoes topped with marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and pierce sweet potatoes with a fork.
- Place sweet potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Cut open each sweet potato and fluff with a fork.
- Mix butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon into sweet potatoes.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Return to the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes until marshmallows are golden.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Reheat in the oven or microwave.
