Ingredients

- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the sweet potatoes and dry them.
- Poke holes in each sweet potato with a fork.
- Rub the sweet potatoes with olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the sweet potatoes in the crock pot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Check for doneness by inserting a fork.

- You can wrap them in foil for easier cleanup.
