- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, and eggs.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Check for doneness a few minutes early.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
