Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add flour and salt. Stir until dough forms.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla and eggs until smooth.
  5. Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
  6. Pipe churros into desired lengths on a parchment-lined tray.
  7. Spray churros with cooking spray.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  10. Toss churros in the sugar-cinnamon mixture while still warm.
