Description
Delicious air fryer churros that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
- Add flour and salt. Stir until dough forms.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla and eggs until smooth.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe churros into desired lengths on a parchment-lined tray.
- Spray churros with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Toss churros in the sugar-cinnamon mixture while still warm.
Notes
- Serve with chocolate sauce or caramel for dipping.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
